After seven years of successful operations and bootstrapping, Workwise, a Karlsruhe, Germany-based startup operating a digital recruiting marketplace and HR operating system (e.g. an SME-focused applicant tracking system) has raised €12 million ($13.2M) in a growth equity financing round.
Scope of work
Code & Co. provided Tech & Product Due Diligence to the investors ahead of the growth investment, compiling an in-depth analysis of the company’s cloud-first architecture, its data and integrations strategy (e.g. comprising deep integrations into hundreds of job distribution channels), security, scalability, team, and growth plans.
