Scope of work
Code & Co. advised Pelican Capital on AI & Tech Due Diligence through an in-depth evaluation of the Steplab platform, covering its evidence-informed instructional coaching capabilities used by more than 200,000 teachers across 2,900+ schools, software architecture, integration approach, product strategy, roadmap, and customer operations.
The assessment further examined the underlying technology stack, multi-region cloud infrastructure, scalability, and cybersecurity practices, and concluded with a review of Steplab's engineering organization, software development lifecycle, and key considerations for supporting continued product development and international growth.
