Code & Co. advised Five Elms Capital on AI & Tech Due Diligence through an in-depth evaluation of the BoreDM platform, covering its web-native geotechnical data management solution, software architecture, product strategy and roadmap, and approach to AI-assisted capabilities and data-driven workflows.
The assessment further examined the underlying technology stack, cloud infrastructure, scalability, and cybersecurity practices, and concluded with a review of BoreDM's engineering organization, software development lifecycle, and key considerations for supporting continued product development and growth.
