Code & Co. provides AI & Tech Due Diligence to Main Capital Partners ahead of its acquisition of Orgvue, a London-headquartered provider of Strategic Workforce Management software for large global enterprises.
Main Capital Partners ("Main") and Orgvue, a trusted international provider of Strategic Workforce Management software, are pleased to announce that Main has acquired a majority stake in Orgvue. The transaction marks Main's first platform investment in the UK. Together with the management team, Main will support Orgvue in its next phase of growth, with a focus on continued product innovation, further international expansion, deeper enterprise customer penetration, and selective strategic add-on acquisitions.
Scope of work
Code & Co. reviewed Orgvue's workforce decision-support platform across its organizational design, workforce planning, and transformation-tracking capabilities, with attention to the flexible data model and scenario engine at the core of the product, its integration surface, and its onboarding and partner delivery model. The assessment also covered Orgvue's AI strategy and roadmap, including natural-language assistance, AI-supported data preparation, and external agent connectivity, together with the governance and data-protection safeguards surrounding the use of AI on sensitive workforce data.
On the technology side, Code & Co. examined the platform's cloud-native, service-oriented architecture and multi-region hosting footprint, infrastructure automation and observability, resilience and business continuity arrangements, the information security program, and open-source and third-party dependencies. The engineering leadership and organization, software development life cycle, quality management practices, and certification and regulatory posture were assessed against benchmarks for a software business of this scale.
