Engagement — Platform Due Diligence

Code & Co. provides AI & Tech Due Diligence to Educapital and Ventech ahead of its investment in Mendo, a SaaS platform for enterprise AI adoption.

Mendo, a startup specializing in generative and agentic AI adoption for enterprises, has announced a €12M Series A. Following its previous €3.5M seed round in October 2024, this new funding led by Ventech and Educapital, joined by Tomcat and OVNI, will allow Mendo to accelerate the deployment of its platform across large European enterprises.

Scope of work

Code & Co. advised Educapital and Ventech on AI & Tech Due Diligence through an in-depth evaluation of the Mendo platform, covering its AI-enabled adoption solution, integration approach across major generative AI applications, and product strategy focused on enterprise analytics and AI agent governance.

The assessment further examined the underlying AI implementation, technology stack, software architecture, scalability, and cybersecurity practices, and concluded with a review of Mendo's engineering organization, software development lifecycle, and key considerations for supporting continued product development and growth.
