Code & Co. provides AI & Tech Due Diligence to Revaia ahead of its investment in Semble, a connected clinical platform for outpatient healthcare providers.
Semble has secured a £30 million Series C funding round led by European growth investor Revaia, with participation from new investor Partech, alongside continued backing from existing investors Mercia Ventures and Octopus Ventures. The funding will drive Semble's expansion into the largest UK healthcare groups, advance its position as the AI orchestration layer underpinning modern care delivery, and cement its position in France.
Scope of work
Code & Co. advised Revaia on AI & Tech Due Diligence through an in-depth evaluation of Semble's cloud-based SaaS platform, covering its connected clinical software, AI-enabled care orchestration capabilities, and product strategy for supporting outpatient healthcare providers.
The assessment further examined the underlying technology stack, multi-region cloud infrastructure, scalability, and cybersecurity practices, with a particular focus on Semble's ability to expand geographically from the UK into France. It concluded with a review of Semble's engineering organization, software development lifecycle, and key considerations for supporting continued product development and growth.
