Code & Co. provides AI & Tech Due Diligence to EOS Partners ahead of its investment in Drooms, a leading European platform supporting the document lifecycle of transactions across real estate, corporate finance, legal, and energy sectors.
EOS Partners has entered into a partnership agreement with Drooms to acquire a majority stake in the company. Alexandre Grellier will retain a significant minority stake and continue to lead Drooms as CEO. Strategic priorities include the further establishment of Drooms as the central technology platform for Real Asset Investments, international expansion, and continued investment in AI-powered product innovation.
Scope of work
Code & Co. advised EOS Partners on AI & Tech Due Diligence through an in-depth evaluation of the Drooms platform, covering its AI-powered transaction and document lifecycle solution, software architecture, and approach to data sovereignty and compliance.
The assessment further examined the underlying technology stack, cloud infrastructure, scalability, and cybersecurity practices, and concluded with a review of Drooms' engineering organization, software development lifecycle, and key considerations for supporting continued product development and growth.
