dormakaba has acquired Airsphere GmbH (“Airsphere”). Airsphere is an international software company specializing in passenger management systems for airports. Through this acquisition, dormakaba strengthens its market position in the airport sector and expands its portfolio to include established software solutions for the automation of passenger processes, airport logistics, and critical infrastructure security.
Scope of work
Code & Co. conducted a comprehensive due diligence of Airsphere’s passenger processing platform. The assessment included an in-depth review of its platform architecture, integration ecosystem, technology stack, and security framework, as well as its modular deployment approach across airport environments.
Furthermore, Code & Co. evaluated the company’s product direction, operational scalability, and roadmap, including opportunities related to data-driven and AI-enabled capabilities.
The due diligence also encompassed an evaluation of the engineering organization, software development lifecycle, deployment processes, and compliance readiness supporting the platform’s continued evolution.
