Scope of work
Code & Co. advised Bregal Milestone on AI & Tech Due Diligence through an in-depth evaluation of the CoreGo platform, covering its integrated payment and event technology capabilities, software architecture, product strategy and roadmap, and approach to data-driven analytics and operational scalability.
The assessment further examined the underlying technology stack, cloud infrastructure, scalability, and cybersecurity practices, and concluded with a review of CoreGo’s engineering organization, software development lifecycle, and key considerations for supporting continued product development and growth.
