Code & Co. provides AI & Tech Due Diligence to Amadeus ahead of its acquisition of SkyLink, an AI-native corporate travel platform.
In February, Amadeus announced the acquisition of SkyLink, an AI-native, New York-headquartered technology company specializing in orchestration and conversational automation to revolutionize the corporate travel experience. SkyLink has built a proprietary AI architecture and multi-layer orchestration engine designed to integrate simply and seamlessly into corporate chat platforms like Slack and Teams, with clients reporting significant time and cost savings.
Scope of work
Code & Co. advised Amadeus on AI & Tech Due Diligence through a detailed evaluation of SkyLink's software AI capabilities, platform architecture and infrastructure and technology stack. Code & Co. further evaluated SkyLink's product strategy and customer operations. The process concluded with an assessment of its engineering team organization, software development methodologies, and approach to certification and regulatory compliance.
