Cinven has agreed to invest in Ongoing Warehouse ('Ongoing' or 'the Company'), a leading provider of cloud-native Warehouse Management System ('WMS') solutions, with Ongoing's founders remaining significant shareholders and partners in the business.
Scope of work
Code & Co. advised Cinven on AI & Tech Due Diligence through an in-depth evaluation of the Ongoing platform, covering its cloud-native warehouse management solution, software architecture, broad integration ecosystem, and approach to leveraging AI for automation, optimization, and decision-making across warehouse operations.
The assessment further examined the underlying technology stack, hosting infrastructure, scalability, and cybersecurity practices, and concluded with a review of Ongoing's engineering organization, software development lifecycle, and key considerations for supporting continued product development and growth.
