inploi, a UK-based candidate experience platform that sits alongside existing applicant tracking systems to automate key stages of the hiring journey, has announced a £3 million investment led by YFM Equity Partners. The capital will fund the continued development of inploi’s agentic powered hiring capabilities, broader platform development, and international expansion into new industries.
Scope of work
Code & Co. advised YFM Equity Partners on AI & Tech Due Diligence through an in-depth evaluation of the inploi platform, covering its AI-enabled candidate engagement capabilities, software architecture, product strategy and roadmap, and approach to data-driven hiring analytics and operational scalability.
The assessment further examined the underlying technology stack, cloud infrastructure, scalability, and cybersecurity practices, and concluded with a review of inploi’s engineering organization, software development lifecycle, competitive benchmarking, and key considerations for supporting continued product development and growth.
