The acquisition marks another important step in WeKomply's strategy of building the leading Northern European software platform for governance, risk, compliance and quality management.
Scope of work
Code & Co. advised WeKomply on AI & Tech Due Diligence through an in-depth evaluation of the Lexerta platform, covering its HSE compliance software, product strategy, and AI-enabled capabilities for regulatory content and workflow automation.
The assessment further examined the underlying technology stack, cloud infrastructure, scalability, and cybersecurity practices, and concluded with a review of Lexerta's engineering organization, software development lifecycle, and key considerations for supporting continued product development and growth.
