Code & Co. provides AI & Tech Due Diligence to myneva Group, a portfolio company of Summa Equity, ahead of its investment in GETECO, a leading software provider in the German social sector.
myneva Group, one of Europe’s leading software providers in the social sector, has announced the successful acquisition of GETECO GmbH, based in Rimpar, Lower Franconia. With this acquisition, myneva is strategically expanding its integrated platform in disability services (Eingliederungshilfe), child and youth welfare and strengthening its offering for complex service providers.
Scope of work
Code & Co. reviewed the core billing and regulatory engine, evaluating its competitive positioning within the German social care landscape as well as its technical architecture.
The analysis also examined the company’s product strategy, including its platform approach and customer success initiatives. In addition, Code & Co. identified potential integration approaches to support future platform consolidation and expansion. The assessment further evaluated the engineering organization, software development lifecycle, and quality assurance practices to ensure sustainable growth and scalability.
