Code & Co. provides AI & Tech Due Diligence to Revaia ahead of its investment in Synera, an agenting AI platform for engineering.
Synera, the agentic AI platform orchestrating the full industrial engineering value chain, has announced a $40 million (€35M) Series B round led by Revaia, with participation from Capgemini through ISAI Cap Venture. The round also includes all existing Series A investors, including UVC Partners with a substantial commitment from its growth fund, BMW iVentures, Cherry Ventures, Venture Stars, and Spark Capital - marking a step change in Synera’s trajectory as it moves from early adoption to large-scale industrial deployment.
Scope of work
Code & Co.conducted a comprehensive due diligence of Synera's AI-enabled software capabilities, platform architecture and integration approach, technology foundation, and security posture. Code & Co. further evaluated Synera's product strategy, roadmap and operational setup.
The process concluded with an assessment of its R&D organization, engineering team structure, development practices, and approach to testing, release management, and compliance readiness.
