Code & Co. provided Tech & Product Due Diligence to One Peak ahead of the growth investment. It included assessing the company’s software capabilities, including architecture, infrastructure, tech choices, and ongoing technical evolution. Code & Co. further assessed the team’s strategic product roadmap and KPIs, and internal processes such as the company’s team, hiring, and software development life cycle.
