Yonda Tax, a London-based platform automating global tax compliance, has secured $15 million in its first institutional funding round. The investment was led by Kennet Partners with participation from NYO Capital and Portfolio Ventures. This new capital is earmarked to accelerate product development, facilitate market expansion, and bolster the company's international growth trajectory.
Scope of Work
Code & Co. reviewed Yonda Tax’s tax compliance platform, including its architecture, infrastructure and overall platform design supporting automated filing processes.
Additionally, Code & Co. evaluated the company’s technology setup and operational model in the context of unit economics, providing a view on future value creation using process automation. The audit concluded with an assessment of how the platform’s architecture and processes support sustainable margin development and long-term scalability.
