Code & Co. conducted Tech & Product Due Diligence for BuildTec Software Group, established by funds advised by Bregal Unternehmerkapital (“BU”), ahead of its investment in DigiPara, a leading specialist in the field of in building information modeling (BIM) for lifts and escalators.
BuildTec Software Group, specializing in cutting-edge software solutions for the construction and trade sectors, has acquired a majority stake in DigiPara GmbH ("DigiPara"), a provider of Building Information Modeling (“BIM”)-based lift design software. The partnership will help further continue the group’s growth path and product portfolio expansion.
Scope of Work
Code & Co. conducted Tech & Product Due Diligence for BuildTec Software Group on DigiPara’s product suite.
This included an in-depth review of the architecture, infrastructure, and cyber security posture of the company. In addition, customer integration and support processes were examined, followed by an analysis of DigiPara’s product roadmap, team structure, and software development life cycle.
