Baird Capital has announced a majority investment in autoLOTO, a cloud-based software and services company that helps organizations automate and manage Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety procedures. The investment will support the company in expanding its suite of automated worker safety solutions for the built environment.
Scope of work
Code & Co. provided Tech, Product, & AI Due Diligence to Baird Capital ahead of the investment in AutoLOTO, Inc. It included assessing the company’s technical platform and software capabilities, covering the fields of architecture, infrastructure, tech stack, scalability, security, and AI. Code & Co. further assessed the team’s strategic product roadmap and internal processes such as the company’s team, hiring, and software development life cycle as well as quality assurance.
