Kirby joins as the anchor of a growing local team of Technology, AI, and Product experts, backed by Code & Co.'s global practice and proprietary AI and software platform.

An operator-first appointment with a decade of PE-adjacent experience

Kirby brings twenty years of experience building and scaling software products across high-growth and enterprise environments, spanning fintech, payments, healthtech, and complex B2B and B2C platforms. Most recently, he served as Head of Product and GM at SAP Taulia, where he led the 0-to-1 development of a new payments product line. Prior to that, as VP of Product Management at C2FO, he helped replatform a supply chain finance product contributing over $130M in gross revenue and launched the C2FO API platform. Earlier, as Director of International Product at TreviPay (then MSTS), he was part of the team that scaled annual transactions to $5B and expanded from 4 to 30 countries, ahead of its carve-out from World Fuel Services and acquisition by Corsair Capital in 2020. He also co-founded TheraWe, a B2B2C software platform acquired by Rethink First, backed by K1 Private Equity.

Code & Co. first met Kirby when it conducted Tech Due Diligence on MSTS as part of the Corsair transaction. Over the next six years, he worked alongside the firm in a senior advisory capacity, building a relationship and track record that made joining full-time the obvious next step.
