Scope of Work
Code & Co. provided tech & product Due Diligence to Bayern Kapital ahead of its follow-on investment in Ryte, assessing its agility and scalability. This included an assessment of its existing growth roadmaps with a focus on expanding its product offering and developing new capabilities to offer to its customers. Code & Co. also evaluated Ryte’s technical scalability and SaaS product growth potential for the continued potential of the product.
