Engagement — Platform Due Diligence
Code & Co. provides AI & Tech Due Diligence and Carve-out assessment to OneQrew ahead of its acquisition of Infleet GmbH, a German based company that specializes in modern GPS tracking technology and telematics.
OneQrew will integrate Infleet's telematics platform directly into MyOneQrew and the ERP ecosystem in order to close the last operational gap between office and construction site. Infleet's product portfolio includes GPS tracking, route optimization, BLE-based asset tracking (for tools, construction dryers or other equipment) and automated logbooks.
Scope of work
Code & Co. conducted a comprehensive due diligence and carve-out assessment of Infleet's software platform. The assessment included an in-depth review of its platform architecture, infrastructure, technology stack, dependencies on the mother-company and security measures, as well as its data-driven and emerging AI/ML capabilities.
Furthermore, Code & Co. evaluated the company's product strategy, integration ecosystem, operational practices, and scalability. The due diligence also encompassed an evaluation of the engineering organization, software development lifecycle, and compliance standards.
