ThreatAware - the cyber asset management and cyber hygiene platform trusted by enterprises across sectors including retail, financial services, and energy, has announced it has raised $25 million in funding from One Peak, the growth equity firm specializing in high-growth software scale-ups. The investment will help ThreatAware scale its rapidly growing North American operations and accelerate its product roadmap, including the launch of ThreatAware's AI-powered security workspace.
Scope of Work
Code & Co. advised One Peak on AI & Tech Due Diligence. The due diligence included a comprehensive audit of the ThreatAware platform, covering its architecture, infrastructure, technology stack, and cybersecurity practices, as well as its evolving AI-driven capabilities. Additionally, Code & Co. assessed its product direction, feature rollout, and onboarding approach.
Finally, Code & Co. analyzed the underlying software development lifecycle, engineering organization and team structure, alongside relevant compliance frameworks.
