Datarails is the leading AI-powered platform providing a single source of truth for the CFO's Office across FP&A, cash management, month end close and spend control. It has announced it has raised $70 million in Series C funding. This investment brings Datarails' total funding to $175 million.
Scope of work
Code & Co.conducted a comprehensive due diligence of Datarails’ financial planning software platform.The assessment included a review of its modular product architecture, infrastructure, technology stack, security framework, and the platform’s use of AI-driven functionalities.
Additionally, Code & Co.evaluated the company’s product roadmap, broad integration landscape across third-party systems, and its operational scalability. The due diligence also encompassed an evaluation of the engineering organization, software development lifecycle, and compliance posture supporting enterprise and regulated customer requirements.
