Scope of Work
Code & Co. provided Tech & Product Due Diligence to Nord Holding and VERSO.
The scope included analyzing sustainabill’s cloud-native SaaS software platform including evaluating its architecture, infrastructure, technology, and security. It further included an assessment of sustainabill’s product roadmap, data & integrations capabilities, moats &USPs, and client operations. The analysis also included the planned PMI and the company’s agile software development life cycle and team processes.
