Marlin Equity Partners (“Marlin”) has announced it has completed a majority growth investment in Didomi , a leading Global Data Privacy and Consent Management software solution. Serving over 1,500 clients, including some of the world’s largest corporations, Didomi enables businesses to comply with the latest Data Privacy regulations by collecting user consent for data collection and processing, and staying on top of the latest regulatory developments across the globe. Concurrently, Didomi completed the acquisition of Addingwell, an EU-based server-side tagging platform, which will fuel its ambition to become the go-to platform for privacy-preserving data collection and sharing.
Scope of Work
Code & Co. conducted a Tech & Product due diligence on both Didomi and Addingwell, including an evaluation of each product's software architecture, infrastructure, technology stack, scalability capabilities, and security practices.
