Summize, a leader in AI Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software, has secured a $50 million investment to accelerate its next phase of growth. The round included participation from existing investors Maven Capital Partners and YFM Equity Partners, alongside Kennet Partners and Federated Hermes Private Equity. The funding will support further expansion of Summize's product capabilities, team, and global customer base.
Scope of work
Code & Co. advised Kennet Partners on AI & Tech Due Diligence through an in-depth evaluation of the Summize platform, covering product architecture, embedded integration approach, onboarding processes, and applied AI features. The assessment further examined the underlying technology stack, cloud infrastructure, scalability, and security practices, and concluded with a review of Summize's engineering team structure, software development lifecycle, and quality management processes.
