FSN Capital VI* has signed an agreement to acquire Volue Infrastructure, a Norwegian leader in mission-critical niche infrastructure software. This investment will support Volue Infrastructure’s next phase of growth, further strengthening its position as a trusted software provider to key infrastructure sectors.
Scope of Work
Code & Co. conducted Tech & Product Due Diligence for FSN Capital.
The scope included analyzing Volue’s technical architecture, infrastructure setup, underlying technology landscape, and cybersecurity measures. Furthermore, Code & Co. assessed the company’s product landscape, integration capabilities, and AI capabilities across platform components. The evaluation concluded with a review of the engineering organization, team structure, and software development lifecycle.
