BU portfolio company stp.one, the leading provider of end-to-end legal tech solutions for lawyers, insolvency administrators, notaries and corporate legal & risk management departments, has entered into a partnership with Legala, one of the leading vendors of cloud-native SaaS software for the legal industry in Scandinavia.
Scope of Work
Code & Co. analyzed Legala’s legal technology platform, covering its modular architecture, cloud infrastructure, technology stack, and pragmatic use of AI.
Additionally, Code & Co. assessed customer operations, including integration, onboarding, and support processes.
The review concluded with an evaluation of the engineering organization, team structure, and software development lifecycle.
