Sdui Group, a leading European provider of cloud-based administrative software for K-12 schools, has announced a new growth investment led by Bain Capital’s Tech Opportunities fund, with participation from existing investors HV Capital and High-Tech Gründerfonds (HTGF). The funding will be used to strengthen Sdui Group’s product suite anddeepen its support for educational institutions across Europe.
Scope of Work
Code & Co. performed extensive product and tech diligence on Sdui across its architecture, infrastructure, and technology stack. The evaluation further covered an analysis of the product roadmap, acquisition integration, engineering org and software development lifecycle.
