Engagement — Platform Due Diligence
Code & Co. provides Tech & Product Due Diligence to Armira Growth ahead of its investment in Assaia, an aviation software company.
Assaia, the Zurich-based aviation technology company, has raised $26.6m in an oversubscribed Series B funding round, led by European investment firm Armira Growth (“Armira”), alongside existing investors. The additional capital raised will enable Assaia to continue to scale its AI platform globally and launch new solutions to further improve airport, airline and ground handler efficiency.
Scope of Work
Code & Co. advised Armira Growth on Tech & Product Due Diligence by compiling an in-depth assessment of Assaia’s computer-vision platform, including its architecture, technology stack, AI/ML foundations, and security framework.
The assessment also covered the platform’s deployment model, operational resilience, scalability, and integration approach across customer environments.
The review concluded with an evaluation of the engineering organization, including the software development lifecycle, and the use of performance metrics and internal processes.
