Code & Co. provides AI & Tech Due Diligence to Aquiline ahead of its investment in Atomic Insights, a financial technology company facilitating compliant money movement for RIAs and family offices.
Atomic Insights, a provider of money-movement and workflow automation tools for RIAs and family offices, has announced that it has raised $10 million in seed funding led by Aquiline with participation from Northwestern Mutual Future Ventures and existing investors. Atomic Insights is targeting a large and fast-growing segment of the wealth management infrastructure market, where RIAs and family offices are being pushed to deliver “family CFO” services without the back-end systems to support them at scale.
Scope of work
Code & Co. reviewed Atomic Insights’ SaaS platform, assessing its architecture, infrastructure, technology stack, and security foundations. The analysis also covered the platform’s RIA payment operations, including multi-method execution, and onboarding processes.
The assessment further evaluated the company’s product vision, roadmap, integration strategy, and near-term priorities to support scalability and operational efficiency.
Finally, Code & Co. reviewed the engineering organization, software development lifecycle, and quality assurance practices to support sustainable growth and compliance.
